Md Jafar Idrisi is a tailor by profession, working hard to earn enough to support his family. He has twin boys, Hasan and Hussain, who are 2.5 years old. Jafar and his wife were very happy with their twin sons, but one day they noticed something unusual. The twins were not responding or reacting to anything. Worried, they took them to the doctor.

After several medical tests, they received heartbreaking news. Both Hasan and Hussain were diagnosed with Bilateral Severe to Profound Hearing and Speaking Loss. This means that they are unable to hear or speak. The family was shocked and deeply saddened.

The doctor advised them that the twins need cochlear implants along with hearing aids. The estimated cost for this treatment is 150,000 rupees for each child.

Children are the hope and dreams of their parents. When a child is hurt, parents rush to help. But when a child has a serious condition, the sadness for the parents is overwhelming.
