My name is Vijay Laxman Gajile, and I am 45 years old. Recently, I was diagnosed with mouth cancer, and my treatment started just one month ago. This sudden illness has brought a heavy emotional and financial burden on my family.

We are a lower middle-class family of five, and I am the only earning member. I work as a rented auto-rickshaw driver in Thane to support my family, and we live in a rented house. After my cancer diagnosis, managing medical expenses has become extremely difficult for us.

Due to my illness, our financial condition has been severely affected, and continuing my treatment has become a major challenge. Therefore, we humbly request your kind support and assistance to help me continue my cancer treatment and support my family during this difficult time.
