My name is Shamsher Ansari, I am 31 years old, and life has become very difficult for me in the past few months.Recently, I underwent an operation for a serious ear problem, and all my savings were spent on the treatment.

Along with this, I am now suffering from severe joint pain. The pain has spread to all my joints, making it impossible for me to continue my job. Today, I am jobless and struggling to manage even my daily expenses.
